Eurasia Cinemas B.V. is the leading and fastest growing cinema operator in Russia-Ukraine and Turkey region. The company is developing a modern multiplex cinema chain throughout a market of over 300 million people, spanning 3 countries. As of Dec-31, 2010, Eurasia Cinemas B.V. operates 42 multiplexes with 293 screens and 48.438 seats. In multiplexes the Company also runs 68 Digital 3D screens.

Strategy
Eurasia Cinemas’s strategic goal is to become the number one cinema operator in its region.
The company will continue to strengthen its position as the 3rd largest multiplex operator in Russia and the leading operator in Turkey. Eurasia Cinemas plan on expanding its operations into other unsaturated CIS markets.
History
Eurasia Cinemas B.V. was established at the end of 2007 to consolidate Alfa A1 Groups' cinema investments.
The Company’s primary focus was Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.
At December 2007, Kronverk Cinema Russia has been acquired by the company. Kronverk Russia is one of the top three cinema chain in Russia and leader of film exhibition in St. Petersburg. Russia is among the fastest growing markets in terms of box office and attendance, and demonstrates positive outlook for more strategic investments. Eurasia Cinemas B.V. focuses plans to launch more than 100 screens by the end of 2012, right now it is building 6 multiplexes in Russia and Ukraine with total numbers of screens – 60.
At February 2008, A1 acquired AFM Cinemas which is the leading cinema chain in Turkey. AFM is the only entertainment company listed in Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB).
At March 2009, Kronverk Ukraine established its first location.
